The 2025 UPWARDS application has two components.

Grade Transcript (does not need to be official)

*The application is a joint application with the alternative, C-Tech² camp. Within the application is the option to select interest in the UPWARDS camp, C-Tech² camp, or both.

2. Parent Information Form

Financial statement
Parent/legal guardian consent
You will be emailed a link for your parent/guardian to complete this form once you submit the application
Information in this form is used to determine needs-based scholarship awards
