- Weekly UPWARDS Communications meeting: joint planning, execution, & coordination across partner universities, including Boise State University, Purdue University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rochester Institute of Technology, and University of Washington, as well as Micron Technology.

- The agreement was reviewed by VT OSP and legal team, it is ready to be signed by OSP.
- The agreement is currently under legal review by Micron. Once this is completed, we will proceed with the electronic signature. The other 11 universities and Tokyo Electron are ready to sign.

- Track and validate student achievements across activities
- IEEE UPWARDS Micro-credential Certification

UPWARDS Workshops
- The next workshop will be held at Tohoku University in Sendai on Nov. 10th and 11th.
- Virginia Tech will host the UPWARDS Workshop in April 2028.
